Format: Global Keynote and Broadcast, Product Experience Zones, Unpacked Night after party

Galaxy Unpacked 2025 took place at the Duggal Greenhouse in Brooklyn on July 9. The keynote introduced the next foldables and wearables, followed by a hands-on product experience zone for guests. The day concluded with Unpacked Night, a high-energy after party at the same campus.

What I owned and delivered

• Coordinated three concurrent workstreams across the campaign. Met aggressive timelines with 12-hour client turnarounds and shifting priorities while protecting delivery quality and brand integrity.

• Shaped Unpacked Night through multi-sensory experience decks that covered visual direction, DJ programming, F&B curation, guest dress codes, and activation concepts. Presented options, routed feedback, and aligned choices with brand goals and market needs.

• Led venue research and strategic planning for a future activation in multiple states. Produced executive and client-facing reports with layouts, creative approaches, union requirements, pricing, and production feasibility for high-profile locations.

• Ran on-the-ground producer support: conducted venue walkthroughs and vendor meetings, sourced and negotiated talent, managed purchasing and delivery tracking, and completed reconciliation with 100 percent receipt submission in line with procurement procedures.

• Supported cross-team coordination so creative intent, show timing, and guest experience stayed aligned from keynote to experience floor to after-party program.

Outcomes

Experience decks moved through reviews and locked on schedule. Vendor briefs were clear and actionable. Procurement and reconciliation were fully compliant. Program flow held from the keynote through the experience zone to Unpacked Night without missed milestones at the venue.
